We’ll explore the basics of kombucha, jun, water kefir, and milk kefir — how they work, how to care for them, and how to keep them bubbling at home. Through demonstrations, conversation, and tastings of fermented drinks and foods, you’ll learn how simple ingredients transform into drinks that are fruity, lightly effervescent, gently sweet, and full of energy.
Each participant will leave with practical knowledge and a handcrafted ceramic piece from the studio — your choice of a large pitcher or a sake set with one carafe and two cups.
